Fantastic villa near Pollensa, 10 minutes walk from the town, and 5 minutes from the beaches of Cala San Vicens and Puerto de Pollensa. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds, all with wardrobes and two bathrooms, one inside and one outside. The kitchen is spacious, renovated and fully equipped. Next door is the dining room with a bright and charming decoration to rest and watch television.
Outside there are two terraces, one with a barbecue and the other with a porch and a large table to celebrate unforgettable dinners and board game nights.
If you want to enjoy in addition to the charms of the island, this villa is located very close to the sandy and rocky beaches,
wonderful coves and hiking and cycling areas. In addition to the most picturesque towns with their popular markets such as Pollensa, Alcudia, Inca, Can Picafort. Nearby are also the towns of the Tramuntana mountains where you can go hiking with friends or with children.
