Sueño del Mar is a magnificent villa with spectacular views. The villa was designed by award-winning Swiss architect Michele Rondelli.
Upon entering through the front door, a stunning ocean view between the villa’s two "cubes" welcomes you. The villa’s design was conceived as a “living cube” and a “sleeping cube.” From the entrance, turning left, you step into a 60-square-meter living-dining area with impressive six-meter-high windows. The Atlantic stretches endlessly to the horizon.
We enter an open-plan kitchen with a large American-style fridge with ice dispenser and a fully equipped cooking island. Combined with a dining table for eight and a cozy living area featuring a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, this space becomes the perfect setting for a relaxed and comfortable stay.
Attached to the wall, a staircase leads to a semi-open gallery — a peaceful retreat for reading or, if needed, getting some work done. From this gallery overlooking the living space, you also enjoy spectacular ocean views. This room also includes a large flat-screen TV, a PlayStation 4, numerous board games, DVDs, and books. If the house is occupied by eight people, two adults can sleep comfortably here in a private space with a king-size bed (1.8 x 2.0 meters).
A rear door from the kitchen leads to a spacious storage room with an additional fridge-freezer. Adjacent to it is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
The large sliding glass doors in the living area open to the first spacious terrace, where you can enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets — perhaps with a glass of champagne in hand?
With a bit of luck, you might spot a pair of seagulls gliding overhead, a flock of storks, or even dolphins or a whale cutting through the sea.
A few steps down to the right from the entrance lead to two more bedrooms (each 21 square meters), both with en-suite bathrooms featuring rainfall showers and private terraces. As soon as you open your eyes in the morning, you’re greeted once again by the ocean. Both rooms are equipped with king-size beds and built-in wardrobes. This floor also has a guest toilet.
On the upper level, you’ll find a 45 m² master suite. It includes a walk-in closet — perfect for taking your time selecting what to wear for the day. The suite is completed with a king-size bed and a cozy sitting area. From here, large glass sliding doors open onto a spacious covered balcony where the turquoise ocean shimmers from every corner. You can also access this balcony from the en-suite bathroom, which features a freestanding bathtub and a large walk-in shower.
The beach is located just 300 meters from the villa.
This palm-dotted garden property lies on a gentle slope, offering multiple spaces to relax.
There is a 9x5 meter heated saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by 100 m² of wooden decking with luxurious sun loungers — perfect for sunbathing. You’ll also find a shaded cabana — a semi-open beach hut with a thatched roof — equipped with a small kitchen and a Weber BBQ. An outdoor shower and a WC complete this relaxing area. The pool can be used year-round. Heating it involves an additional cost of €350, and for stays longer than 7 nights, a supplement of €50 per additional night will apply. This service must be requested in advance to ensure availability.
