Urban plot with 810m2 and construction area of 2400m2.
PIP approved for construction of 2400m2, corresponding to 16 flats and 16 below ground parking spaces.
The plot is situated on a 'mixed construction site' in Azeda de Baixo-Setubal with 12.900m2 of land.
The plot is composed by 16 lots that are destined to apartment buildings and a Hotel.
The infrastructures of the lots are in place.
PIP approved at the end of 2021 for urban development and construction of flats and a 4 star hotel.

This PIP is integrated in the list of urbanistic commitments in the revision of the PDM of Setubal in 2021.

Located at the entrance of Setubal, in the new developed area of Setubal with new roads around the neighbourhood and a new shopping centre (the first in Setubal) which opened in October 2014 the plots are located south of Antero de Quental Avenue.
Setubal is located 32 km from Lisbon. Between the northern part of the river Sado and the west, in the beautiful area of Serra da Arrabida (natural park).
