About Zien Arquitetura in partnership with Gensler Arquitetura: Leblon represents the perfect carioca soul full of contrasts. 'We designed a building that fits perfectly in the landscape, which is a true postcard. The infinite line of the horizontz, the white sand, the blue of the sea, a sunset known worldwide, the green that frames the landscape. It 'makes the most of the view of the sea and the horizon line from the inside. In front it blends with the modernist geometry and the beach promenade. The balcony windows are almost invisible, privileging the view and a horizon framed by sinuous horizontal and vertical structures, built with GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer). We unite Gensler's international design expertise and the best of Brazilian contemporary art.
