Estate located in Redondo, district of Evora, next to Serra d'Ossa, Alentejo,
Total area of 976,450 m2. spread over areas of vineyards, cork oak forests, holm oaks and olive groves.
The existing vineyard, 21 ha, consists of several plots differentiated with red varieties: Trincadeira, Castelao, Tinta Roriz, Alicante Bouchet, Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Capacity to increase the vineyard area by another 16 ha. on land already cleared for the purpose.
The remaining 60 ha are cork oak, holm oak and olive groves.
The cellar is new, with an implantation area of 1,010 m2, fully equipped and currently has the installed capacity of 8 fermentation vats of 12,500l and 2 presses of 4,500l. Vinification tanks with a capacity of more or less 150,000l and 1 isothermal of 5000l.

Monte (dwelling house) has a ground floor, consisting of seven divisions, with an area of 257m2, with a barn, stables and oven.
