The water heating for domestic consumption and underfloor heating UPONOR or equivalent, and pool water heating is mainly produced by VIESSMANN or similar vacuum solar panels.
As a backup, there is ground source geothermal equipment using DAlKIN, or heat pumps along the same lines.
Climate control / air conditioning is done by geothermal equipment of the DAIKIN brand, or heat pump of the same power. Hydraulic underfloor heating in bathrooms with thermostatic control.
The apartment will have an intelligent device installed to control the lighting and temperature in each partition. All lighting is LED. A 55' LED Smart TV will be provided with the option of multi-channel international tuning and full high speed internet access (fiber) via Wi-Fi.
In terms of security, a fire detector and alarm will be connected to a 24 hour security/surveillance center, as well as having a CCTV system with cameras installed outside the residences.
The kitchens are designed by WimDerly. They will be fully equipped with the latest BOSCH or equivalent appliances.
