Designed to accommodate 10 to 12 guests, this architectural gem combines modern lines, natural light, and an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. The saltwater infinity pool blends seamlessly with the horizon, while a spacious garden surrounds the house, creating a private oasis where time seems to stand still.
On the main floor, a bright and airy living-dining room opens directly onto the porch and pool area, where the boundaries between indoors and outdoors disappear. A cozy lounge, perfect for relaxing, and a dream kitchen—fully equipped—lead to an elegant outdoor dining area with table, electric awning, and umbrellas, the perfect setting for long dinners under the stars. A full bathroom with shower adds convenience to this level.
Upstairs, four en-suite bedrooms offer restful nights and postcard-perfect views: two with double beds and panoramic sea views, and two with single beds overlooking the garden and the mountains. From this floor, you can access the rooftop, featuring an exclusive chill-out area with an outdoor jacuzzi—ideal for unwinding while enjoying spectacular panoramic views of the sea and mountains, especially at sunset.
In the basement, a garage for four cars, a laundry area, and an additional bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom, and access to an English patio provide functionality and privacy. An elevator connects every floor, ensuring complete comfort.

• Pets allowed: Upon prior consultation, with an additional deposit of €200.
• Cleaning included: 3 hours, 2 days per week, on alternate days. Additional services available upon request.

• Gas barbecue with accessories. Use of the barbecue is free for all guests; however, it must be left clean after use. A €100 deposit deduction will apply if cleaning is required.
