Plot of land, 6,296 ha, with warehouse, 192 sqm (construction gross area), in Lagos, Algarve. The land has some fruit trees and a warehouse with electricity and a borehole. Twelve plots of land are to be allocated for construction on this land according to the PDM (Municipal Master Plan - strategic framework for the territorial development of the municipality) of the Lagos City Council.
Lagos is a city in the Algarve region in the south of Portugal. It is known for its cliffs and Atlantic beaches. Steep wooden steps lead to the sandy cove of Camilo beach. The cliffs of Ponta da Piedade, in the vicinity, offer magnificent views over the promontory and a lighthouse.
It is located in a quiet area, 7-minute driving distance from the Lagos coach station, 10 minutes from the Municipal Market and the Lagos Railway Station, 15 minutes from Colegio Luz Sao Goncalo, 15 minutes from Portimao, 45 minutes from Faro Airport, and two and a half hours from Lisbon and from Seville Airport.
