Three plots of land totalling 11,043 sqm, with an approved project for a total construction gross area of 4,500 sqm, in Casais Novos, in Santo Estevao, Alenquer. Industrial subdivision project, intended for use by industry and commerce, which meets the needs and plans of the municipality. Plot 1: 4,181 sqm of land and 1,750 sqm of construction gross area. Plot 2: 4,134 sqm of land and 1,750 m2 of construction gross area. Also, plot 8: 2,728 sqm of land and 1,000 sqm of construction gross area. These plots of land have no agricultural use, being covered in shrub with canes standing out and flanking the small drainage ditches of the properties that border them in the south, east and west parts. As can be inferred from the land modelling, the characteristics of the physical support allow for construction in the best conditions, without the need for big earthmoving works. The access to the plots of land is considered ideal since they are served by two roads that interconnect directly via E.N. 1 and connect to the A1 Lisbon-Porto motorway junction.
