In Boavista, you will find this traditional villa in Carvoeiro with 5 bedrooms plus garage. Upon entering the spacious entrance hall, you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Through the spacious bright living room, with fireplace, you enter the fully equipped kitchen.
Via the stairs in the entrance hall you reach the first floor where a landing gives access to the 3 remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and gives access to a first-floor balcony. From this balcony you have direct access to the garden downstairs or to the rooftop terrace where you have stunning views over the surrounding area. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by a sheltered and fully fenced maintenance-free garden with heated swimming pool (6 x3). On the various terraces you can fully enjoy the outdoors. There are also a BBQ with bread oven and access to the separate utility/storage room.
