ОПИСАНИЕ
Land in the municipality of Estremoz with approved PIP.

Approved for a capacity of 70 beds, this development is designed for 14 accommodation units in the main building (28 users), and 12 autonomous units between T2 and T3.
This project provides catering services, gym and swimming pool, as well as parking areas.
Contiguous to this land you can find a rustic land with more than 3 Ha, bordering a stream, where you can find a building to support agriculture with about 600 m2.
