In front of the sea of Aiguadolc we have this magnificent duplex penthouse of 120m2 with 2 floors, a day area and night area, with solarium of 70m2, swimming pool, gardens and perfect communal areas with bar restaurant included to enjoy the summer or the good weather of Sitges all year round.
In the day area, entering through the hall we find an American kitchen equipped with great detail (siemens and bosch). A small island to cook with ceramic hob allows us to cook watching the
sea. Then it opens to the large living room illuminated by a large stained glass window that leads to the terrace facing the sea and its palm trees. The feeling is like being in the Caribbean. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom en suite with access to the terrace and access to the solarium. The other 2 bedrooms are also double and have a full bathroom.
