ОПИСАНИЕ
The 'Herdade da Serra D'Ossa' is located near Borba and Estremoz, in the Alentejo, and has an area of approximately 91 hectares, and with a Manor House with 70 m2 in ruins, with incredible views to the plain and to the immensity of the valley, it is basically and massively constituted by Eucalyptus trees in frank growth, allocated to a contract, which only ends in 2028, and on that concession, the owner receives about 15 thousand Euros gross / year. In other words, as from this date, and after the trees have been cut down, the forest area will be totally free, and available for new planting or new felling, already for the new owner, taking into account the rotation period of between 8 / 9 years.
The Casa do Monte, used as a dwelling, may be totally rehabilitated and endowed with living conditions, and may also be somewhat extended. If the option is for Tourism in Rural Areas - TER, then, under those circumstances, the house could desirably suffer a very significant enlargement, a situation naturally to be checked with the competent Municipality.
Besides, it is a property with the appropriate type of land for forest exploration, being able to gather other type of utilization, namely a considerable area for the placement of photovoltaic panels.
The accesses are in a dirt road. Quiet and peaceful place, with electricity near the property.
