Tourism project designed for a 10-hectare plot of land, on the Costa Vicentina, in Zambujeira do Mar.
This project was designed for the international market, of the high segment, which is looking for spaces for holidays, meetings, congresses or events, in a diversified project, which includes the housing and tourist (hotel) markets, to which are added gardens, green spaces - private and common, swimming pools and leisure areas, pedestrian paths and commercial and service areas.
The development is developed along a descending slope, with the buildings facing the sea.
The infrastructures of Zambujeira Village are practically completed (there has already been a provisional reception by the City Council), but still without any construction.
This allotment consists of 29 lots:
13 plots for single-family homes
11 plots for multifamily housing (from T0 to T4) and 2 with support commerce.
5 lots (in the center of the urbanization) for hotels and services - lots 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25.
Total construction area: 48,015 m2.

Located 900 meters from the beach of Zambujeira do Mar, integrated in the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina, it already has daily tourism as its main source of wealth, which combined with the proximity to the Algarve, give sustainability to this project.
