ОПИСАНИЕ
The 'Herdade da Chamorreira', with a total area of 567 hectares, is located in the municipality of Alandroal, in the Alentejo. It is a property with a vocation essentially for livestock farming, and its strong suitability should be considered, with an area already allocated by the competent authorities, for the effective installation of 'Photovoltaic Projects', which could fill this area determined for occupation on the ground, which could reach a planned occupation area of between 120 and 165 hectares.
With regard to the installation of photovoltaic panels, an estimated occupation area of 150 hectares is planned for the first phase.
This property makes it stand out from any other, both because of its size and because the greatest importance is attached to this financial asset (PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS), so much so that they are already being installed on neighbouring properties, as there are also substations nearby to receive the energy produced.
However, we should continue to consider the remaining 350 or so hectares of land in the various estates that make up this overall 'Herdade da Chamorreira' nucleus, which will allow for other forms of income, such as: the cork oak forest in full production, the holm oak forest, arable crops, pastures for livestock, hunting and agri-tourism to be implemented, given the characteristics of the land and the good accessibility, as well as the close proximity of the Alqueva Lake.
It should be noted that the 567 hectares comprise 6 distinct plots, but which are interconnected, with the following areas expressed in hectares: 148,957 + 29,525 + 151,1 + 209,575 + 13,3267 + 13,6. The morphology of these properties is flat and undulating. Some of them have buildings. Some of the buildings are in a state of disrepair, while others are in a good state of repair.
