This villa is located just a few minutes drive from the sandy beach of Arenal and close to Pinosol Park where you will find a children's playground, barbecue areas and a nice bar. The villa consists of two floors and has a spacious covered terrace on each floor from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay of Javea. The property has private parking on the top floor level. There is access to an entrance hall, followed by a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views. Large glass windows lead to a large balcony. On this floor there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a separate guest toilet. The villa is being completely renovated in the Ibizan style. The garden and pool will also be completely renovated with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue surrounded by olive trees. The villa will also be furnished (furniture is not included in the price). A few minutes away is the Arenal, where there is a promenade with several restaurants and shops. Supermarkets and schools can also be reached immediately.
