Ground floor:
The farm house can be entered on 3 elevations with the main door sited on the east facade. Opposite the bathroom is a modern, fully-fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, extractor, sink and fully tiled walls. At the end of the corridor is a very spacious lounge/diner with double doors to the rear and to the front. The lounge has a radiator and a wood burner fire to provide heat in the cooler winter months. The master en-suite bedroom is off the lounge and has a shower, W.C. and a basin with vanity unit. First floor:
Stairs from the lounge lead up to the first floor landing area. The first door on your right opens onto a large covered terrace that overlooks the courtyard. There are nice views of the surrounding countryside from the terrace, which is an ideal place for alfresco dining. The terrace also has a staircase that descends to the central courtyard. Back in the hall we have 3 doors that open onto the 3 bedrooms all with nice views of gardens and the land.

Renovated barn/annex

To the side of the courtyard you will find the fully-renovated barn that was formerly used for livestock including the farm´s donkey. This structure is on 2 levels and has been converted into a lovely 2 bedroom annex. The original thick stone walls insulate the rooms from the heat of the hot summers. The annex also enjoys nice views of the nearby wooded valley and olive groves.

First floor:
The main entrance door is on the first floor, accessed by the staircase from the courtyard. The staircase has metal balustrades and beautiful Azulejo tiles. Ground floor:

Detached barn

The converted barn that has an 'eira' (circular threshing area) is located across the courtyard opposite the farmhouse. This single storey, stone barn has a large bedroom and a bathroom with tradition tiled shower, W.C. and basin. The eira in front of the barn is where the threshing and drying of the corn once took place before storing in the barn. The eira now makes a wonderful place where you can BBQ and enjoy the breath-taking views.

Oliveira Safari Tents x 2, each will accommodate 4/5 people

The safari tents are sited to the west and south of the farm house and have their own bathroom with rain-shower and toilet. They also have 2 bedrooms and a cosy living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The master-bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed; the second room has a bunk bed and a singe bed (90/200cm)
The tents are spacious and offer 35m2 of usable space with rustic charm and great views from your very own terrace. They make ideal accommodation for families with children.

Land and gardens

The land has a variety of trees that include pine, olive, cork oak, medronho and more. There are also many new planted flowers and trees such as walnut, almond, plum, peach, orange, lemon, fig and mulberry. The olive grove has many mature trees and supplies a large quantity of excellent oil each year .Much of the land is terraced with local stone retaining walls and pathways to access all areas. There is also a large, fully-fenced area with a spacious wooden barn for animals/livestock, plus 4 different outside sitting areas around the house, which contains 2 Pergolas, a patio with buil- in BBQ and stone oven and another patio to the rear.
