Expansive views and natural light are essential features of this cosy two-storey villa offering two independent apartments. It includes a warehouse, measuring 5mx23m, in a corner of the 10,000 m2 terraced land, with olive trees (100) and several fruit trees on plateaux connected to each other.
All windows and shutters are double-glazed, with exterior wooden shutters on the 1st floor, manufactured locally, as are the wall cabinets in the kitchens and two bedrooms. Most windows and shutters have blackout roller blinds on the inside.

Pedrogao Pequeno is not far from the geodesic centre of Portugal and has traditionally been considered a tourist attraction in the region, not least because of the scenery of the Zezere River, the Cabril dam, and the surrounding pine-covered hills. It has several river beaches within walking distance, popular in the summer, as well as good restaurants in the surrounding villages where various festivities, fairs and markets take place throughout the year. In a few minutes, you can access a network of main roads, via the IC8, to the A13 (direction Tomar or Coimbra), with connection to the A23/A1 (direction Porto or Lisbon).
