This is a property covered by the Sintra Municipal Master Plan, framed in the planning plan as 'Housing Spaces 2 - UHC' and on Rustic Ground - Agricultural Spaces.
There is a PIP under consultation which, under the current PDM, is in favor of this construction and awaiting final deliberation at CMS.
It is located in a mainly rural area with some small industrial/logistics buildings and some scattered single-family housing.
It is approximately 1 kilometer from the town center and approximately 2 kilometers from the access point to the EN 9, therefore enjoying good road access.
The site has some of the usual infrastructure, namely water, sewage, electricity and telecommunications.
