Charming typical Menorcan rustic house located in the countryside but close, at the same time, to the south coast of Menorca.
We present exclusively with our agency a rustic property with a lot of charm and that has the privilege of being in the heart of the Menorcan countryside, at the same time just a few minutes from the sea and the beautiful Cala de Alcaufar. In fact, from the upper terrace of the house you can enjoy both countryside and sea views.
Through a path delimited by paret seca (a wall made only with stones and rocks from Menorca) we access this property where we are welcomed by a beautiful Mediterranean garden that leads us to an imposing house with a beautiful facade in which its beautiful main terrace with elegant arches stands out. From this covered terrace, porch type, we have access to the interior of the house.
Inside the house we find the exposed wooden beams stand out in practically all the rooms. The house has a large living-dining room with fireplace and access to the traditional Menorcan kitchen, in perfect condition and very cosy.
The house is completed by 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and an annex with laundry/storage room and office with wood stove. This annex space could be used as a guest house.
Outside the property, with a plot of more than 4,000 m², we can enjoy environments: bathing area with cistern and shower, barbecue area, parking space, land with trees, own well, etc.
