The 66-hectare 'Encostas do Tejo' estate is located in the middle of the International Tagus, near Vila Velha de Rodao, in the Castelo Branco region. This property adjoins and guarantees accessibility for hundreds of metres along the river, which allows access for boats and other water sports.
The property consists of a vast eucalyptus grove, with the first cut of wood already committed to the current owner, who intends to raise around 250 thousand euros. However, because this is the first cut, these trees could lead to three more cuts and, of course, a very significant financial repayment, with rotations every nine years. Some areas with stone pine and 800 arrobas adult cork oak trees, which will come out in 2024, are spread across the land and are in full production.
