The office is located on the first floor.
It is part of a building constructed in 2003, and consists of a semi-underground floor for a garage and four floors above ground for offices.
In the same building we have two more offices, with different areas (the smaller one with a terrace), also available for rent.
Structure in reinforced concrete lined and polished granite and facades in aluminium and glass.
Access through a central block, with atriums on all floors, stairs and two elevators. All floors have emergency exits to exterior emergency stairs.

Interiors generally in open-space, but with several insulated rooms with lacquered aluminium partitions and glass or plasterboard. All these divisions are movable and can be changed or removed.

Parking with 3 spaces in the garage and 2 exterior.
The location is privileged as it is very close and easily accessible to the A5 motorway to Lisbon and Cascais.
