ОПИСАНИЕ
On a wonderful plot of land of approximately one and a half hectares, there is a majestic cultivation of 320 olive trees.
The fertile soil and the favourable climate have allowed the cultivation of four select varieties, Changlot Real, Arbequina, Picual and Koroneiki, each contributing its unique characteristics to the oil produced. Each season, this beautiful olive grove yields approximately between 7,000 and 11,000 kg of olives, producing an average of 1,200 to 1,500 litres of green oil, reflecting the care and care with which the olive trees are handled.
It has its own state-of-the-art oil mill with everything necessary for the grinding of 10,000 kg per day, olive cleaner, vertical centrifuge (oil cleaning, filling of bottles, bottles, etc...)
Machinery, all that necessary for the care of olive trees, sprayer, pruners, irrigation and automatic fertiliser spreader, machinery for harvesting, grass chopper and pruning of olive trees.
Two tractors of 97 and 22hp, an AUSA 150 wheelbarrow with turner for the olive crates, 30 crates of 400 kg. capacity, a mini bobcat 175, and much more material.
The project for this incredible piece of land goes beyond oil production. In harmony with nature, the construction of a house that blends perfectly into this serene landscape is planned. The design contemplates a house ranging from 250 to 700 square meters, offering a space that not only meets practical needs, but also becomes a cosy retreat amid the surrounding natural beauty.
Sustainability is a priority in this project, and that is why solar panels with accumulators will be incorporated to ensure a clean and renewable source of energy. These panels will not only contribute to respect for the environment, but will also offer energy independence that will enhance the self-sufficiency of the place.
In addition, it has a cistern and a well, which will make the most of the available water resources. This storage system will allow efficient water management, ensuring the sustainability of automatic irrigation that will keep the olive trees in optimal condition. The combination of modern technology with the natural richness of this land creates a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
