It is located 200m from the national 255 road; about 20km from the Lisbon-Madrid highway, (only 2 hours from Lisbon); 4 hours from Oporto; and 35 minutes from Badajoz.
The property includes a house with 600m2, and a farmhouse with 650m2 that with some works and remodeling can offer a space suitable for larger events such as colloquiums, congresses, weddings, baptisms or other types of celebrations.
The farm, specially built for rural tourism, is fully equipped and offers different types of services: With an outdoor terrace of 180m2 and a panoramic view over the village of Terena and the Castle; Typical Restaurant; Accommodation; and also a house of housing. All these different spaces can be used separately or in connection (practical and well designed infrastructures for different types of use).
