This development is set on the coastline of Chlorakas, just outside of Paphos, which is a continuation of the tourist area. It is situated just a few minutes' drive to the Paphos Harbour, which is the tourism centre, yet the location feels like another world - the perfect place to relax and renew in utter tranquillity. Easy access to the bus route means that you do not necessary need a car to visit the famous Blue flag beaches of Coral Bay or the Paphos Harbour area. Within walking distance there is a 5* hotel with its own water park (a day pass can be purchased). Excellent English school is located within just 3 minutes drive.

Lower part of the project consists of eight detached villas, each with private swimming pool. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area and open plan kitchen/dining zone. There is also a guest WC. Upstairs there are three spacious double bedrooms, family bathroom and en-suite shower in the master bedroom. Additionally there is a lower level, which can be designed according the client's needs (as a guest area, hobby room, office etc.)
