CHARACTERIZATION OF THE FARM:
Location - Lobitus Garden is located in Catumbela-Benguela, but closer to Lobito.
2.3 km from Lobito
3.5 km from catumbela village
Access - Road perpendicular to the Lobito/Catumbela expressway, towards the sea.
Total Area - 50,000 m2 with Surface Law Contract and Notarial Deed;
The soils - All its soils are productive since we speak of a property installed in the old lands of Acucareira.
Morphology of the land - Situated a few meters above sea level, its land is flat and is surrounded by the irrigation ditch of the old system of Sugar.
