The project was pre-approved by City Hall and allows for investors to alter/adapt within the guidelines:
This 3 star rated off plan hotel comprises of three floors but built over four storeys, (sub level for parking, equipment rooms & storage room). Communal roof terrace bar/ lounge for guests to enjoy the views stretching from Monchique mountains out to Praia da Luz sea views.
Project (to be renewed) sits on a massive plot 54,128.10 m2 and the area construction of the planned Hotel, 9,480m, including the round about adn patio / pool area. Main level of the hotel would comprise of reception desk, porter area, internet cabins, guest bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, conference room, lounge & bar area and a spa (max capacity of 50 guests). Hotel with lift service to all levels, both first and second levels with guest rooms. In total there would be four individual suites, 106 rooms as double occupancy, two rooms for persons with disabilities and six private suites.
